Paul Friedlan, Managing Partner/Administrator He was named Distinguished Administrator of the Year in 1997 by the Arizona chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators. He developed the first adult day health care program within a skilled nursing facility and implemented the first multi-level residental Alzheimer's model in Arizona. Paul served on the board of directors for the Arizona Health Care Association for 27 years and as board president for three years. He is founder and president of the Arizona Health Care Foundation and owner and president of Management Southwest, Inc., an Arizona-based health care management and consulting firm. A recognized expert in the field of long-term care, Paul has made presentations to legislators on a variety of health care issues and has served on special task forces and professional committees. Sunwest Choice Healthcare and Rehabilitation and Chris Ridge Premier Care and Rehabilitation are both partners of Pinnacle Healthcare. Terri Thompson, RN, Director of Nursing Terri hold an associates degree in the applied science of nursing from Kankakee Community College in Kankakee, Illinois. She is also a certified geriatric nurse, certified infection control nurse, certified resident assessment coordinator and certified rehab and restorative nurse. Terri and her husband have five adult children and one in high school. They also have 11 grandchildren, six of whom are the same age as their youngest child! .
